Are you as happy as you can be? Would you like to be even happier? Everyone could do with increasing their happiness, right? Even if you are an 8/10 happy, wouldn’t it be great to be 10/10?
This 10 day challenge isn’t really a challenge, it is 10 days of tips you can use easily in your day to increase you happiness in any area of your life. These tools I have used and still use and I have witness others using them with great success. In fact, a few people have turned their life around using tips from this challenge.
Once you start this challenge you will have unlimited access to the information and do not have to complete it in 10 days. Some people have taken Day One and turned it into Week One, carrying out the exercise for the whole week.
There are activity pdf’s provided as well as videos for each day.

Cindy suffered severe anxiety and panic attacks from ages 8-23 years. On her path to being 100% anxiety free Cindy came across many amazing concepts and found herself thinking “Why didn’t anyone teach me this?” “We should be teaching this in schools.” For this reason Cindy has teamed with her daughter Tegan Georgette and create programs for students to learn what she wish she knew. Cindy is trained in Kinesiology, Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming among other things and Tegan has a Degree in Creative Arts. Together they have created an empowering and fun Module from which students will learn important tools to give them a solid emotional foundation for self empowerment.
